Oxford Ashdown Oak: Natural Engineered Wood Flooring

Bring a touch of classic, rustic charm into your home with Oxford Ashdown Oak Brushed & Wax Oiled engineered wood flooring. This premium floor showcases the authentic beauty of natural oak, offering a light and airy aesthetic that can brighten any room. The combination of its gentle brushing and nourishing wax oil finish provides both a stunning look and lasting durability.

Key Features & Benefits

• Natural Oak Color: This flooring highlights the true, undyed color of oak, with its light, warm tones and beautiful grain patterns. The Ashdown oak shade is a versatile choice that creates a fresh, spacious feel in any interior.
• Subtle Brushed Texture: The “brushed” process gently raises the grain of the wood, giving the surface a soft, textured feel. This not-only adds to the floor’s character but also helps to make minor dents and scratches less visible, keeping your floor looking pristine for longer.
• Protective Wax Oiled Finish: Finished with a hard wax oil, this floor is both protected and nourished. This finish provides a matte, natural sheen that feels silky underfoot. It resists dirt and moisture while allowing the wood to breathe. Unlike a sealed finish, a wax-oiled floor can be spot-repaired and re-oiled over time, making maintenance easy and sustainable.
• Stable Engineered Construction: The floor is engineered with a real oak top layer over a stable, multi-ply core. This construction method ensures the planks are highly resistant to the expansion and contraction caused by changes in temperature and humidity, making it an excellent choice for a variety of home environments, including those with underfloor heating.
